While the two descriptions differed in the nature of the level of the Overlord, only the one ever mentioned a name. I simply combined the two... this is what I did for d20...Invincible Overlord...

Head of the Senate seems to make sense. Something to add to the "to do" list. Perhaps a Name the Overlord Contest? It would be extremely long and multi-syllable. Lots of official titles to boot!
